A super quiet and relaxed place for a getaway. Onsite restaurant makes things convenient. A huge range of native flora attracts many birds and kangaroos are often seen hopping between the rooms!

Had a great stay, made even more enjoyable by John and Brutus, who made us feel really welcome. I'd highly recommend the Hill End Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, good food and friendly service. Hill End is an important town, full of history from our gold rush days, with heaps to see and learn, so somewhere to spend a couple of nights after a day or two of exploring, is just what the Hill End Lodge can provide.

Nice and quiet, friendly helpful staff. Good location when visiting Hill End. Basic budget accommodation. Dining room cleanliness needs attention. Friendly kangaroo on site.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample space in your room. Was very cold day and heater worked perfectly. Breakfast available. Short drive into centre of historic Hill End.
