"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."

There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. "Excellent property that felt like home away from home. The apartment was very tidy, modern and included all of the necessities for a week long stay. The property is within 10 minutes from Cambridge campus and has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommend the property. "

"It was an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. On arrival it was very cold but we were able to work out how to turn up the heating. Also no glasses provided in the bathroom or room for water and no complimentary bottle of water which is usual these days. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. "
