THE scrappiest, unprofessional, poorly trained desk clerks we have EVER encountered during our many, many years of travel. Hotel grounds in poor condition, coffee cups sitting on parking lot guard rail, beverage cup in the parking lot driven over by cars and smashed to pieces the ENTIRE time we stayed at the hotel. USB ports on nightstand do not work and light bulb on room built-in apparently burned out and not illuminated. Without television for two days with no notice or explanation of outage to hotel guests, no 'Thank You" for staying at our Hampton Hotel upon departure. Hotel handyman that looked like rumpled, scruffy and disheveled. This hotel needs renovated and entirely new staff needs to be hired. Will definately stay in Airbnb or VRBO on our return visits. VERY disappointing, but so predictable from Hampton Hotels anymore. VERY SAD!
