"Went to check in the staff was very nonchalant about not having the two suite i booked almost two weeks ahead of time. Mind you no email to update us that they were overbooked just got to the property to check in coming from out of town to find out that there where no rooms and the staff just brushed us off like oh well. would recommend."

"Breakfast was good and kids loved the pool. Was kind of a bummer they had to be out of the pool by 8:30 pm since we got in later, but it was fun while it lasted. Text for customer service went unanswered. Requested more towels because there were only 2 in the room (4 guests) but we made due and I’m sure I could have called down to the desk if I really cared that much. Overall it was a good stay for the price and perfect with kids. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary. Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay. The fitness center was also very disappointing. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There were walking pads in place of standard treadmills, and several machines were broken. The elliptical in particular posed a safety hazard due to missing pieces on the handles. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of functional, safe amenities made this stay far below what guests should reasonably expect. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience and safety for future guests. "

"Found a couple things the cleaning staff forgot when we checked into our room including a a sock on the couch, food crumbs in the open areas of the floor, and food under the tables/chairs/sink. We had 2 kids crawling around the floors finding all of this. It was gross. "
