"It’s a 3 star hotel that doesn’t pretend to be anything other. It’s clean. The food is good and the staff are very helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep. It was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. Great place to stay"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. It was very hot and there was an issue with the thermostat so the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout. The location is very convenient: walking distance from train station, to cruise port (Horizon terminal) and very close to the Old Town and the main shopping mall. We would stay again. "
"Great hospitality and people.
The bartenders in the front lounge was not the friendliest, but otherwise everyone is exceptional
Only negative I can think of is the elevators. One was out of order and the other one worked. It's very very small and has a small weight limit that my wife and I and our luggage were over the weight.
Created a real issue when trying to check out when periods were busy.
They said they were new elevators but they're waiting on the city to approve the ability to build bigger earlier.

"We enjoyed a nice few days in this peaceful hotel which had everything we needed. We particularly chose this hotel for its close proximity to the chair lift down the cliff to the beach ,giving a flat walkway along the beach and then back up using the lift.. Due to a landslip this lift was out of action which severely curtailed our access to the main part of Bournemouth. Due to mobility issues it was necessary to take a taxi to and from the hotel. Sadly this means we would not book this hotel again."
