Lovely location with only a short walk to the centre (trams and buses stop outside the hotel if you do not wish to walk the short distance). After many years of business travel and many stays around the world, the service at this hotel was nothing less than exceptional. "Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."

"Very nice facility, attentive reception, especially Sufian. Nice rooms. Very nice breakfast staff. Location is good however, the train station is just at the door and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to get out and in. I wish they have an indoor pool."
