Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. "My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! "The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. "We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"
