"Very convenient to the town square and shopping/dining venues. Located on a canal. Tended to be noisy during the night. Difficult to get luggage upstairs without elevator. Help was not offered when checking in. Lighting is dim. All this being said we would stay here again as the location makes up for negatives "

"Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us. Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options. The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but it's hard to see as it's...

"Wonderful communication before and during the stay. Beautiful historical building renovated tastefully and comfortably. Fantastic friendly service from the team and in particular Mika. Helped with early check in, parking and special requests. Breakfast was delicious, home made jams and local produce. Truly a wonderful experience, we would love to stay again. Thanks"

"Cute place. Our room was in the roof eaves, very fun. There is no elevator, but the very sweet woman who checked us in carried one of our bags up the stairs. So sweet. Morning staff - I had to track someone down anytime I needed something. (hence the lower score on staff/service). But, once I asked for help, they were very helpful. Right on the canal. Walkable to anything in town."
