"Wow! What a beautiful property. Walking in we were greeted by Mario. He was warm and friendly and assisted with check-in as well as recommendations for places around Brussels. This B&B is located central To everything you would need (restaurants, bars, grand place, manneken pis etc. were all right around the corner). We stayed on the second floor, each floor only has one room so you can imagine how spacious the rooms were. Walking into the room my jaw literally dropped because it was so...

"It was aiming to be a boutique B&B but failed, dangerous stairs to access, bare light bulbs some not working, no air conditioning, not clean or updated.. in general disappointing and not as portrayed on the website"

"The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."

"The location is extremely close to all beautiful attractions. Walking distance to malls and historical places; chocolate shops. The stairs are so sharp and our room was on 4 th floor. I made a booking almost 1 month ahead and I am almost 60 years old. I asked them to give us a lower level room. No availability. And the toilet was outside. Make sure you don’t get the 4 th level."
