"Doesn’t get much more perfect than this for me. Groceries about 6 min away. Buses, trains about 15 min max walk. Easy to walk to Tower Bridge and Borough/London Bridge. Excellent correspondence.. Peaceful building. Great heating. All the details are there of a true house guest. You will need to be diligent as the place is well run by details and will benefit you as well. Can’t remember the last time I had a working tele to enjoy. Will return. "

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Incredible location. Very clean rooms. Really luxurious bedding and nice furniture. The washint machine and dish washer were fussy. Water was never really super hot in the shower. Oven only really worked with grill, not fan. Didnt have a plug in the sink. Nothing terrible and we were very happy, but would have 5 starsed it if all the equipment in the apartment was working."

"Everything was superb, except we spent too much time in Breakfast and our key nolonger opened rhe door and house keeping would not help! So i had to go back downstairs and sort out the key , reception were very helpful but left me annoyed id forgotten my watch and over run at the delicious breakfast ! Great hotel very central, would definitely stay again "

"I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available at all times, as well as the convenient luggage storage for guests. A wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night and the thermostat was either warm or hot not cool. Big deal. I opened a window! No downside to all the perks you get. "

"We booked a windowless room but was happily surprised with a window lol Room was clean, tidy and comfy perfect for a night away. Only downfall no kettle for a cuppa but wasn't an issue. Breakfast was also really good, hot food and continental breakfast. Quick walk from the train station and easy to find, staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

Great value in a great location

"Hotel Saint was excellent, right beside Aldgate tube station & a 10 minute stroll to Liverpool Street. The room was clean & well equipped with an excellent walk in shower. We didn't eat in the hotel as there are so many other options (try Duck & Waffle for breakfast with incredible views) We got a great deal with Hotels.com & would definitely recommend to others."
