Another hotel and city
Getting to the hotel in Maliabl by car was a challenge, but after I got there and everything was closed, the host showed me the way to sun and sea hotel in Hersonissos.

Nice place
The hotel is in a nice quiet area close to the beach and not far from centre. The room was clean and nice and we enjoyed the mountain view on the balcony. The kettle and self catering equipment in the room was a bonus. Wifi was ok. The Owner of the hotel was also very helpful.

A little run down place
On arrival there was a young girl to meet me but when the transfer guy rang said the key would be in the door There was no main light in the main room just bathroom and balcony when i went to tell the girl who let me in said nothing she could do it was still like this 7 days later There is no hairdryer or toaster as your website shows just a kettle and a few cups glasses and plates cutlery The shower works well but the floor is wet after as the water does not appear to drain properly The stairs are always wet as there seems to be something leaking from a higher room The cafe has closed down the only people you see is the daily cleaner and a young girl some evenings It looks like the place needs some TLC in all areas

Der Check in war problemlos, das Zimmer sauber. Leider nur ein Bettlaken für zwei Personen vorhanden und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur zeitweise. Kein Duschvorhang, weshalb man beim Duschen das komplette Bad unter Wasser setzt. Für den Preis und eine Nacht okay.

Petite chambre simple, confortable, frigo, airco, wifi, tout fonctionne, Confortable pour un court séjour car il n'y a pas de réception, pas de probleme pour moi, un document sur La porte de l'établissement vous indique votre chambre et les clefs sont sur La porte Mais Le service nettoyage laisse à désirer, nettoyage quotidien mais parfois pas d'essuies pour changer les sales, pas non plus de papier toilettes, je trouve cela regrettable car c'est le minimum Donc pour un séjour de 4-5 jours OUI, plus long je ne le referrais pas à cause de ce manque de service de propreté Sinon hôtel bien situé à 500 m de La plage et 500 m de l'arrêt d'autobus pour l'aéroport et Heraklion. Restaurant et épicerie juste à côté de l'hôtel Et centre ville animée, bar, discothèque boutique à 800 m À éviter avec des enfants, mais hôtel à bas prix pour les jeunes

Stanze non affittabili. Struttura abbandonata
Hotel dismesso, abbandonato e in decadenza. Hall e bar sono chiusi. Non c’è personale e dunque non viene fatto check-in e check-out e le chiavi vengono fatte trovare alla porta della stanza (essendo la struttura sulla strada potrebbe entrarci chiunque). La struttura è a tutti gli effetti abbandonata: la nostra stanza era a piano terra e di fronte alla porta c’erano erbacce incolte alte un metro. La stanza puzza di muffa, non viene mai pulita durante il soggiorno e avevamo metà finestra del bagno non provvista di vetro: entravano insetti tra cui un geko e sarebbe anche potuto entrare qualcuno poiché l’hotel è sulla strada e non ha alcuna recinzione. Il proprietario (non sono sicura lo fosse) viene solo per riscuotere la tassa di soggiorno e non fornisce alcun tipo di informazione dicendo che non comprende. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti senza neanche avere illuminazione in stanza: per vederci tenevamo accesa la luce in bagno. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo visto questo tizio e abbiamo provato a chiedere di poter avere una nuova lampadina, ci è stato detto che sarebbe stata cambiata ma non è andata così. Si è rotto un bicchiere nei primi giorni e abbiamo avuto schegge a terra per tutta la permanenza. Il bagno è inagibile: doccia senza tenda, bagno che si allaga e scarico totalmente intasato. Il condizionatore funzionava pochi minuti e poi perdeva acqua. Una sola presa di corrente in stanza e nessuna in bagno. Esperienza terribile. Il risparmio non vale assolutamente il soggiorno qui.

Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr hübsch und in Strandnähe. Wird aber leider sehr vernachlässigt. Die Rezeption ist kaum mal besetzt und einfach abgeschlossen. Matratzen und Tücher sind in erbärmlichem Zustand. Preisgünstig ist es ja schon - doch für diesen "Service" sollte man noch weniger bezahlen müssen...

Grazioso hotel a due passi dal mare
Ottimo per chi gradisce la privacy, staff minimale: la ragazza delle pulizie al mattino e la receptionist al pomeriggio. Nel complesso nelle stanze c'è tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza confortevole. Situato in una zona turistica e vicinissimo al mare. Ci tornerei sicuramente, ottimo il prezzo pagato.

Hotel che combatte la crisi.
Hotel economico adatto a chi ha bisogno di un letto comodo ed un bagno funzionale. Le pulizie lasciano al quanto a desiderare compreso il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani e questa è la cosa più grave, per il resto è passabile per chi ci torna solo a dormire e a lavarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Il condizionatore funziona bene ed anche il frigo da camera. I letti sono abbastanza comodi e il bagno è funzionale. Non c'è cassaforte ne altri servizi apparte il WiFi un po debole ma funzionante. All'esterno c'era un tempo un bar che adesso è chiuso e la piscina non c'è (ma non importa visto che in Grecia si va per il mare). La collocazione della struttura è sul lungomare di Malia a due passi da ogni cosa e quindi perfetta. Secondo me con un piccolo investimento diventerebbe perfetto come fittacamere.

До моря 5 минут. Отличный пляж к которому можно пройти через отель Kernos beach. Народу несравнимо меньше чем на центральных пляжах. До Старой Малии 20 мин. Рядом полно магазинов и таверн. Номер без изысков, ничего лишнего, но за эти деньги все просто отлично. Рекомендую.

Brutto e sporco.
Hotel in decadenza e abbandonato,Stanze sporche e fatiscenti, bagno orribile che si allaga ad ogni doccia, personale assente mai pulita la stanza mai cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola..nn vale il risparmio.
