My daughter and I stayed for a lacrosse tournament in the area. The hotel is no longer the Inn on Chocolate Ave but a Spark by Hilton, which wouldn’t have been an issue except we were not notified and there was no signage so we drove past it twice. The hotel was under construction so there was no elevator so we had to make several trips with luggage and equipment and the ice machine was broken on the second floor. None of these issues would have been a major problem had we not been there for a lacrosse tournament in 100° degree weather or had we been notified before our stay. However, the hotel is conveniently located to Hershey park and the breakfast was very nice. The pool and gym were also great. We would definitely stay again but have now learned our lesson that perhaps a call to any property beforehand is necessary.

You cancelled my reservation ( made months ago) DAYS before I needed lodging. Very classless act. I will never utilize your property again ( assuming you reopen) and will tell as many people about my experience as I can. Lousy job!!

Even though it is an old place it was kept very nice and clean. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Overall i would stay here again if i come back to Hershey.
