"A great find. Very characterful. Amazing rooms, excellent dinner, friendly bar, nice shop. Didn’t have time to make use of the spa. In small hamlet of a village with lots of rural pursuits around. We were only there overnight en route back to Bilbao. Would love to go back for a longer stay. "

"Pretty good stay, everything is walkable distance, and the view was gorgeous! The only thing was a dripping sound in our room that we didn’t know where it came from and you could hear when the toilet flushes in another room. "

"Check in was excellent. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Room was good but the bathroom was a weird design. Breakfast was ok. Service was good and very friendly. Hotel was well situated. Plenty of parking behind but you have to navigate some one way streets. You can walk into town in about 15 minutes downhill. 20 minutes back up."

"The woman that was working at the desk in the morning and doing the breakfast was over the top accommodating. It's rare that you friend someone that will go above and beyond what needs to done to help guests like she did for me."

"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! Bring your suit for a relaxing few hours. I loved the in room amenities including a comfy bathrobe and a warming rack for wet suits in the bathtub. The only bummer is there’s no free parking so you have to use an underground structure where the spots are very tight: and pay for it daily but that’s the way many hotels do it so wasn’t surprised. "

Very Disappointed

"A beautiful old property falling into disrepair, in a lovely area. Full of interesting features. Hosts were unhelpful. There was no hot water so had to wash in cold. Language was a problem. Having expected to have dinner, no food was available nor was breakfast. Quite honestly if we hadn't already paid we would have left. I expect the place will be closed very soon. "
