"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, but the included breakfast buffet was paltry and not up to standard. There were very few options to choose from. The pancakes were cold and rubbery and the rest of the offerings were just "OK.""

"Quiet with a well lit parking lot. The check in/out was very quick and easy, but the only drawback for our room specifically was the bathroom door could only be opened from the outside. However, my friend’s room didn’t have this problem and the rooms are overall decent for a quick stay. The inn is also really close to Willowbrook mall and some other shops and restaurants. Overall a decent room for a good price, and good for a short stay maybe not for a longer stay."

"I paid for a king Suite online.When i got to the property i was told they only had dubble Queen Rooms availible. So that was disappointing. They Room was clean but definitely needs some upgrades. Covers had rips and chair had stains. But for $51 a night it wasn't bad. Ive stayed in way worse places for much more money. If i need a last minute stay i would book again. "

"I liked the property and the customer service. I didn't like the fact someone next to me had their music blasting at 1am and my last day around 8am one of the staff cleaners open my room door while I was changing . Check out wasn't until 11:30 am and she busted in the room and didn't even say sorry very unprofessional. Other than that it was a clean property . "

"It was just want I needed; the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quiet and clean; only thing I wish they had more breakfast options. Some turkey sausage & bacon for the no pork eaters and regular bacon & sausage. Like hot chocolate & tea for individuals who don’t care for coffee and for the kids. Though there is an option to order out from the menu which was provided in my room but overall it was a pleasant experience for my 1st time in Houston. And if I had to book again I would stay there for even changing rooms was a breeze. I checked in went to my room I felt uncomfortable in the 1st room due to the connecting door to the other room. She asked me what floor I want to be on but my only request was no connecting rooms and she moved me to the 2nd room with no hassle. And the only way to enter the building is through the front door with your key card especially at night; and that’s a safety plus for me❤️"
