"The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of the zocalo with places to eat and shop within walking distance. "The only problem is the food . It’s is so bad and before the food was amazing . We stayed two weeks and tried to eat at the hotel instead of going out and that’s impossible the food is so bad .
