"Really beautiful, comfortable space for short and long term stays (my second time booking here). A few of dishes had food still stuck to them but fortunately there’s a dishwasher en suite. Could do with slightly better lighting in the bedroom area as the hanging lamps are so low they can’t illuminate the pages of a book unless you get right beside them. "This was my second visit to Edinburgh and my first stay at the Apex Waterloo and I loved it! The hotel is well situated in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The sauna, steam room and pool are terrific. And I booked a room with a tub large enough for two people and it was a lovely treat! I highly recommend Apex Waterloo for a fantastic stay! "

Lovely comfortable rooms.

"Lovely stay, really comfortable bed. Lovely room and facilities. We went the the W lounge twice in the afternoon it was excellent, however at night the service was very slow. The man serving us was lovely, there just didn’t seem to be enough staff. Took over 20 mins from ordering a drink to being served it and we had to chase it. "
