Beautiful and relaxing guesthouse, hot springs
One of our favorite 2 night vacations in Taiwan. Beautiful setting in the mountains, 6 hot spring pools (hot, warm, cold, jets, etc) that were really nice and relaxing, very clean and comfortable rooms, easy walk to old town, really friendly and helpful owners. Cannot wait to go back.

環境乾淨度待加強
泡溫泉還可以，住宿不推，房間極小應是個人風呂房，給一次性毛巾和清潔用品。房間內部很乾淨是唯一可取的，但房間以外的環境以這房價來說就令人卻步。老闆和員工態度很好。

房間內乾淨，但早餐地點不乾淨，溫泉等設施老舊
這次定的是3500的四人房，是沒有窗戶的，在入住之前飯店也有打電話確認房間很小，但是泡湯的地方很大。但是飯店房間內是沒有室內窗的，房間內算乾淨，但是廁所踏墊像是家裡在用的踏墊，不是像一班飯店一次換洗那種，但還算整潔乾淨。泡湯的地方的設施已經很老舊，都有需要再整理的地方。早餐用餐的地方，桌子跟杯子筷子沒擦洗乾淨....廚房內部客人也都看的到有點髒亂....我個人覺得選擇少什麼的沒關西，但至少要乾淨，杯子我真的是挑了幾個，都覺得很明顯沒洗乾淨的，不是很舒服。 但老闆是非常盡力給人很親切的感覺，感覺得出來她很努力。

距離內灣老街走一下就到了(對面賽車場繞過去) 超級方便ㄉ~ 接待的姐姐們也人很好，忘記戴泳帽他還建議我跟他們買浴帽（１０塊）就好，不要買泳帽哈哈哈 泡湯為戶外大眾池，左常溫，中冷泉，右熱泉，清潔度很讚！蒸汽室運作正常，但烤箱好像沒開啟？ 不過到晚上１０點就慢慢放水，有點可惜～ 雖然內灣老街也是６～７點就慢慢收掉了～

尖石橫山區價格偏高，以這樣價錢有泡湯（退宿也可以泡）、早餐，cp值算高了。 蠻喜歡住宿整體，尤其是看電視區，雖然整體狹小樓中樓格局比較奇怪就是了XD房後

櫃檯人員破壞了出遊的興致
一開始辦入住手續就被櫃檯人員破壞了一整個出遊的心情，你們沒有刷卡說一下就好了，那副嘴臉好像我付不出現金一樣，再來我跟他反應我在網路上訂房時明明就註明2大1小，網路上明明也註明有3人份的早餐，為什麼只給我2張早餐卷？她居然回我說那不關她的事，備品只給兩份我並不在意，因為我出門都會自己準備盥洗用具，但連泡湯跟早餐都硬要跟我加收錢，今天不是花不起這個錢，只是那種態度讓人很不爽，我帶著老婆小孩大老遠從屏東到新竹來受你的氣，欠妳的嗎？另外一個戴眼鏡的小姐跟隔天早上的男生態度就很好，不過也沒差了，以後不會再來這裡了。
