"Very good location, great breakfast "

"We originally had Airbnb accommodations for that night. When we arrived we did NOT feel safe so I had to make immediate reservations. My niece came across Hotel Ibaïa and we booked a reservation. It was beautifully designed, spotless and very quiet. We had an extremely long and stressful day and needed to be somewhere safe. We walked along the beach, ordered a pizza not too far away. The hotel was exactly what we need. Thank You, Hotel Ibaia!"

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "

Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles."
