Expedia responded several days later, apologized for the tardiness in responding and said they would meet with their board and get back to me...

"The apartment was nice, but it was a bit run down and in terms of kitchen wear a lot was lacking with i. e. only 3 forks, 2 cups, 2 spoons etc. The freezer had not been defrosted for years and the dishwasher did not work. During our whome stay, the wifi did not work and despite several messages to the so-called service office, nothing was done about it, and the communication just stopped. Very disappointing!"
