"The property look like it is not maintained. The sliding pool was gross and not working. Trash cans were all ran over. The dumpsters at the end were nasty. Trash everywhere. "

"Have stayed here several times. They have rooms with fireplaces and also suites, which I opted for this time, with 2 TVs and a sofa. There was even a nice view toward town. The pool is heated and there’s a small gym with a couple machines. Easy walk down to Main Street, although there a couple small restaurants nearby. The Hooch is just across the street. Staff here are very friendly and breakfast is adequate. Only 3 floors but there is an elevator. Comfy, but no frills."

"Decent place for the price. Looks updated and modern. It was quiet during our visit and is close to everything in Helen. Our room had a very spacious fridge which is great for those who plan to stay more than one night. I would stay again. "

"Great location. Especially if you plan to go for Oktoberfest. A few minutes away which avoids the traffic congestion. My only issue is that the room had some patches which they were never painted. But again, since I went for Oktoberfest and barely spent time in the room, it wasn't a big deal."
