"We booked the corner room. Hotel is clean and we loved the breakfast which was at reasonable price. My friend had an issue with Agoda not showing her booking. Eventually, the Hotel Manager settled the issue for her so I say well done to the staff. "

The only down side was when we were checking in, we had a staff member that was quite condescending regarding tattoos in the onsen. Our group had none but he still felt the need to be very rude to us as if he didn’t believe we would abide by the rules because we weren’t from Japan (specifically he made a point , even after explaining the initial onsen rules, that because we were foreigners now...

"Loved our short stay in this hotel. It was very luxurious for the price and clean. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it felt very spacious despite being in such a central part of the city where hotels are usually smaller in size. I loved that the bathroom, shower, and sink area are all separated. The minibar is complimentary with free refills everyday which is such a plus! I would come back again."
