"Had a very nice stay in this comfortable, modern apartment with plenty of space, hot water and comfy bed. Convenient location near to Opera metro stop. A very good kitchen, although it could do with some new pans... two were unusable as all scratched..and maybe a small bottle of cooking oil so guests can cook without having to buy any. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....
