Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"

"The receptionist was very nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. The room, hotel, and lobby were very clean. I was supposed to get free parking but according to the clerk, it is supposed to be reserved in advance, so I had to pay 20 Euro to park down the street. Parking is an inconvenience here. But overall, the room was nice and clean and big. "
