Heart Island

All in all we would stay here again. The rooms are HUGE! We had 2 queen beds and the bathroom tub was a deep soaker tub which was clean and relaxing. Down fall - no phone number for the front desk. Apparently they eliminated that option in all but one (the Washington) of their properties. We got there a bit early and they held our luggage until the room was ready which is what other hotels do until the rooms are ready at 3pm. I felt safe in the property and was a 5 min walk to grand central and everywhere we needed to be. I saw a lot of negatives but the air conditioner worked. Heat worked. Bed was comfortable and this is our 3rd trip in March and this has been the most comfortable so far. Didn’t really hear the noise outside except for a random early morning honk. Had no problem getting more towels or well anything. I was skeptical but I would stay here again for the size, location, and value!

Rooms were beautiful and the staff was amazing and friendly. This will Def be our hotel Of choice when we visit NY again.

Our suite was huge and very reasonable. The Hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff.
