"The only problem we had was it seemed like the tub was going to fall through the floor. The tub floor was very soft and had a crack in it when we checked in. Of course it was not discovered until shower time. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we will definitely stay again."

Not really the room you select online
"We “booked” a room with bunk beds, but we’re not assigned that room at check in. We asked at the office and all of the rooms with bunks were occupied. Not ideal but we made it work. More of a hotels.com issue than a hotel issue."
