"Very nice apartment style property, the rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Great service. The property is impeccably clean. There are some dining options in the hotel, and a small grocery store and other restaurants in the plaza outside at ground level. Very close to Bashamichi metro station and Minato Mirai. I would come again."

"Very good budget friendly hotel. A 15 minute walk from Kawasaki station. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. No cleaning without request fee which I had no issue with. I would say again, I just suggest using a Laundromat to wash clothes. "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"Very Nice property and great location. Clean and modern with comfortable beds and large enough space. Only 2 small complaints. 1. The bath towels are very small and thin. Not the same level that you would find in a hotel, they are just a little larger than a hand towel. 2. And another problem that I have been censored to mention."

"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

Exceptional, highly recommended!

"Excellent stay! Convenient to food, shopping and connected to Yokohama Station. Super clean rooms with helpful and superb staff. Has a bakery in the lobby and a restaurant with a delicious Japanese breakfast. Supermarkets, food courts and convenience stores around the hotel. Will definitely stay again. A big plus is they offer storage and Yamato service for your luggage. They will even call a taxi for you if you need one. Love this hotel!"

"The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels. The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama. "

"It was very cheap and not to far from shinjuku and shibuya I recommend getting the room they offer as it was totally worth it in my opinion. Options for breakfast were pretty limited and not worth it in my opinion it’s also walking distance from a busy street and a 24 hour McDonald’s though I’m personally not a fan of McDonald’s. The staff were very friendly and most spoke English. They also have vending machines in the hotel as well as a bunch of manga to read at the laundromat. For the price it’s definitely worth staying there didn’t have any problems during my stay felt very comfortable during my stay. Definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again on my next solo trip to Japan "

"It’s a walk to figure out the entry- then your check in starts at the 20th floor. ;) the pool is open 1500-2100. And it’s only like 2ft tall outside, it’s a cool vibe though. Breakfast pretty awesome for about $23 a person. Rooms are clean, spacious and the location is great. Make sure u plan your day and route so u don’t waste time in train stations getting around is a mind game for new travelers to Japan."
