"Perfect location in the heart of Liverpool, close to almost everything by foot. Incredibly friendly staff and great accommodations for one or two people in the room. Only thing we did not like was the parking situation - private run lots in the city that were expensive or a bit far with luggage. Side note - Mount Pleasant lot was cheapest in the city and close enough nearby."

"It was a nice stat however the rooms, whilst nice, need a little attention. The grouting of tiles in bathroom need a good scrub and the sofa arms had dust. It wasn’t great being woken at 7am on Sunday morning by bins being moved around. "

"I had such a wonderful experience with my check-in process. Laura and Kellie were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire check-in process, even though I arrived late. Their decision to leave the check-in instructions in a safe was so considerate and made everything so smooth. The apartment itself was lovely, and the location is just perfect - only a 10-minute walk to everywhere. I'm definitely planning on coming back next year! :)"

"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

Overall, I checked in at 1800 and out again at 0830 the next morning so it ticked all the boxes for what I needed, I slept well and it was comfortable."
