"We loved the room; it was ocean view and had a nice balcony on the 4th floor. It took me about 4 coffee pods to figure out how to work the coffee maker; I asked the front desk and they said 'it's just like a Keurig' .... which I do not own. Coffee is very important to me! I suggest having a postcard with instructions for use on the in room coffee maker. The toilet was very loose from the floor and sounded like it would take off every time we used it. We took the $15 credit for foregoing housekeeping thinking this would be applied to our parking and/or resort fees but were told 'you have to purchase something within the facility' which was a little disappointing. I checked out the restaurant menu; but I am gluten free and cannot eat pork or chocolate and options were VERY limited and price was VERY expensive. Free breakfast would be very nice! Parking is VERY expensive and we had to park across the street. Please make this more affordable! We would go back because we loved the beach and the oceanview room!"
"Loved this property! Rooms are renovated and really nice. We had a balcony facing the ocean and it was so nice to see out and watch the waves or watch a thunderstorm. Nice having a kitchen to make our own food. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella from the front desk. The continental breakfast isn’t much but nice to have. Kids loved the pool, only thing is the hot tub gets really dirty. Turned green one night. Definitely would stay here again! "
