Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

BADLY MAINTAINED HOTEL IN A LOVELY ENVIRONMENT

The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against our booking for two nights, we quit that resort after our first bad night. But still I can assure that location of that resort was wonderful, lovely, with wonderful morning sunrise view, comparitively nearer to seaport and on main road. If rooms are maintained properly and in respecting way of the guests, that may be a great place to stay many days. Or, they should change the name as basic bad rooms instead of naming VIP Room
