Abbiamo scelto la camera vista mare ad un prezzo più alto ed abbiamo trovato: un letto con lenzuola sporche, la portafinestra che dava accesso all’esterno con serratura rotta che non chiudeva con evidenti problemi di sicurezza, le tende sporchissime che cadevano dal supporto e mezze scucite, la doccia senza acqua calda e un personale d’hotel imbarazzante per ignavia e incapacità di gestione. Al mattino in sala colazione: tovagliette sporche in maniera indecente, personale addetto alla sala immobile a parlare tra loro che dovevi spostare per uscire, quelli che rifornivano il buffet che arrivavano pescando dai vassoi e masticando. La peggiore esperienza mia avuta in un hotel

Unser Zimmer für 70 € war enttäuschend: Durch das Fenster guckte man auf eine Wand , über der Wasserbehälter waren. (Also: sehr dunkel!) Die AC funktionierte- aber mit LKW- Dezibel, ohne Ohrstöpsel hätten wir nicht schlafen können. Da wir 14 Tage vorher schon mal dort ein Zimmer hatten :11. Stock - auf einer Gruppenreise - waren wir besonders über den großen Unterschied entsetzt. Das Personal erinnerte an frühere DDR- Erfahrungen: So nach dem Motto: „Gast, was willst du eigentlich von mir - warte, bis ich Zeit für dich habe.“ Für den Preis waren das zu viele Negativ-Attribute!

L’hôtel est beau seulement à l’accueil! Les chambres sont dans un très mauvais états et les salles de bains pires Ne vous attendez pas à une superbe vue sur le malecon... Very good service, (the only problem I had throughout the whole trip, was at immigration. They wouldn't let me go, even though they knew that the purpose of my trip was mainly leisure. They were very suspicious, which was a little bit irritating and offensive.) Nevertheless, I ended up having a very good time because of the good service provided.

Cafards, odeur horrible de renfermé qui ne pouvait pas partir car pas d'aération (la vue donnait sur un mur) et on ne pouvait voir le ciel qu'en se penchant de la fenêtre, literie trop vieille et draps, serviettes sales. La piscine et le personnel sont les seuls choses positives de cet hôtel.
