Location, hosts, size of the apartment and breakfast, all great. Not so keen on the 83 steps (who's counting) to get up to the apartment. Pack a spare loo roll or two (not just for the apartment, easy to be caught short in Cuba).

La struttura è in posizione centrale, comodissima. E' un po' vecchia ma pulita. Un appunto al proprietario. Ha organizzato lui il transfer da areoporto a casa Dubai, ma il prezzo era stranamente aumentato da quanto pattuito. Inoltre alla fine del soggiorno voleva farci pagare delle "tasse" in più. Abbiamo dovuto discutere.

Sra. Barbara is really sweet. The apartment is huge and in a great location. And it has wifi (which is a big deal in Cuba). It goes in and out at times, but it's much more convenient than having to purchase the Wi-Fi cards. They arranged my transportation to/from the airport. Would stay again!

Zentralere Lage geht kaum noch, wir konnten Alles zu fuß erreichen.. Der Empfang und auch die Abholung vom Flughafen hat bestens geklappt. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet aber auch, dass das Zimmer nach vorne laut ist, aber wer nach Kuba fährt, sollte sich auf Lärm einstellen. Ohropax nicht vergessen. Wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen.

A fantastic place to stay in Havana
We were met by Juan Carlos and Barbara when we arrived at Casa Dubai and their warm welcome was continued through our stay. Each morning they prepared a very comprehensive breakfast. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. I was sick one day of our stay and Barbara went out of her to go with my son to a pharmacy to make sure he got the right drugs. The apartment is beautifully situated on the edge of old Havana looking over a large park near the capital building. I unreservedly recomend Casa Dubai.

Experience of a life time!
This room was honestly a dream! Really spacious lovely clean kitchen and over all! The view was magnificent from the balcony’s! And we really enjoyed our 2 days stay! Only couple bad pointers.. in the king sized room the loo roll was almost empty but that’s very minour and the were a bit of glass my father stood in on the floor of the double bed room that we don’t know how it got there. WiFi was a bit slow but also not a big issue. Really lovely place would recommend to anyone! Also really friendly houses keeper and chaimber maid!

Très bon séjour
Appartement spacieux, propre, avec une très belle vue sur le Capitole. 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bains. Excellente situation dans la vieille Havane. Très bon petit déjeuner que quelqu'un vient préparer dans la cuisine. L'appartement est situé au 4eme étage, en tenir compte parce qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Attention: vérifier le numéro de téléphone qui n'était pas bon sur le site d'expedia, et si la porte de l'immeuble est fermée en bas, on ne peut pas accéder puisqu'il n'y a pas de sonnette.

The apartment is ideally located, just near the Capitol. Four of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. Lovely little balcony overlooking the park and the Capitol, great for people watching!

when i arrived to the apartment the manager assisted me very kind but he informed me that he didnt have my reservation, so i spoke with the owner on the phone to explain the reservation was online, he was very rude and told me that i was a lier and that i wanted to stay there for free, he said "if you dont pay me in cash you can take your things and leave my property right now" he was kicking me out, i would have left inmidiatly but i was with 3 kids and my wife so then we could demostrate him we have already paid. We spent a bad moment and spoiled my day. The place was nice, clean, good location, good brakefast, but i would never come back with such a host.... so consider the kind of person the owner is.....
