The Usual Underwhelming 3-star American Experience
Well, seems hard to find any enthusiastic employees in American Hotels these days that are 3-stars or lower. Like this hotel, it feels a little like going into a convenience or fast-food store getting the minimal perfunctory mechanical reception and service. Rooms were a little dank, and breakfast sparce, but still a basically decent hotel with decent service.

No elevator to get to second floor. My parents have mobility issues so that really sucked.
One of our beds had stains on it.
The sofa bed had no mattress.
Spacious but odd room set up.
We arrived at night I think around 11pm.
We didn’t want to touch anything we didn’t need to.
We slept there after a 20 hour drive so we just needed somewhere to rest.
Breakfast was not edible. Even the orange juice looked gross, it was brownish orange.
Would not return.
Staff was nice and gave us cleaning supplies and new bed sheets to lay on top of the beds.

Before I talk about the room condition I would like to say, the hotel staff was EXCELLENT!! They were so kind, friendly and welcoming!
However, the condition of the room was lacking in so many ways. There was water spots & mold growing on the ceiling from the room above leaking. The air conditioner made a hissing noise off & on the whole time it was on. The carpet felt damp. The pool was green.
Again, the staff was wonderful and these conditions are no reflection on them, rather the owner of the establishment for not keeping up on the maintenance of the property.
I would not stay there again.
