This is a classic old roadside motel in a sweet tiny Utah town. Doors have a real key, beds comfy, nice view out the back window and kind people at checkout. Just sorry I didn’t eat there. Would stay again.

Very pleasant stay with friendly lady who also has a restaurant where you can have good food. Nice vieuws over the mountains and free parking.
This is a clean, comfortable and affordable stay about 30 minutes outside of Bryce Canyon. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, serving a great breakfast with very friendly staff.
The cabin was cute and very clean. New bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom dated but excellent hot water and water pressure. Staff go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend!
Excellent stay! Helpful staff and clean room. Close to Bryce Canyon and not too far from Zion. Will come back.

Our rooms were very small and smelled like moth balls.
Nice staff working the front desk and restaurant. The room was clean. The fridge wasn't working.

Although the room is quite small, this was a comfortable place. The room was clean the place was convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park at a price point much lower than other hotels in the area. I would recommend it on that basis. Dinner options are limited in the area, but the cafe at the hotel is actually pretty good.
Nice place to stay, centrally located between Bryce NP and Zion NP. The rooms were very simple yet had everything needed for a good stay, made for a nice home base while visiting the parks. Very convenient having the restaurant next door, sometimes after hiking all day it’s nice just to pop in and get food and bring to your room.
We love the staying; this tinny room super clean and well organized. the owner Elain is super friendly.
It is Surprise that the dinner is excellent. Chef really put his heart to it; so we have breakfast there as well.
The location is about twenty minutes away from Bryce Canyon.
It's what you might expect for a town with a population of 150. The room I was assigned was nowhere near what the picture looked like. It was so small that the end of the bed was less than 2 feet from the bathroom door. It's a $40 room not an $80 room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
