The staff was the best part of this hotel stay. They were very friendly and greeted me by first or last name each time I entered or exited the property. The bad part was there was mold on my window sill and the beds were not stable. Every time you would sit or lay down the opposite side would pop up and slam back down

We love staying at the JW Marriott for our Disney trips. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are new and comfy. No noises between rooms either. Safe and plush place for our family to rest in between busy park days. Thanks to Joy for helping us with our check in and making our stay special.

Beautiful lobby but had a bar that you could never get a drink at. Also we had a room at the end of the hall which was an unbelievably long walk. One elevator in the whole place!

"Newly opened Serena. Excellent service and condition of rooms. However, on arrival we were informed that Spa, Swimming Pool and Gym were out of action, this was not made clear on website despite paying full price. On discussion with Manager, nothing was offered for the inconvenience caused"
