"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created.
