Hotel is right off of the highway heading into the city and the staff is lovely! The rooms are nice and spacious with nice amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, tv, and AC. Definitely recommended!

Our room had dirt on the bathroom floor (looked like drywall and on the dresser area and a RAZOR BLADE from a utility knife by the bedside. Bizarre. When we complained at checkout the desk person said “oh that shouldn’t be there!” Um, correct. That was it.

We booked this property because it advertised an indoor pool. This was the only reason we booked here. The pool had been closed for a long time, and yet it is still listed on the booking page, complete with photos.

Nice hotel but I guess trying to save money
This was a nice hotel in a very good location to shopping, restaurants, and access to I 81, south and northbound lanes. The queen size beds, I felt were comfortable with two choices of pillows. The only thing though that stood out to me was that the beds were on platforms, thus taller than an average size bed to get into. Granted there was a plastic stool, but did not use it. Also, there was no maid service (unless you were checking out and they clean your room for the next guest(s)) and according to the sign on the registration desk, if you wanted extra towels, you would have to ask for them/pick them up at the registration desk. I felt like Best Western was still using this outdated Covid precaution.
