"Not a lot parking available. Unfortunately we found hair on bedsheets and on towels, was bit discussed over that as it was after season. On the other side we had a nice view onto the lake and was really close to have a nice walk too."

"We stayed in a Jr suite with 2 dogs. The hotel was very clean, the room was in great shape even for a pet friendly room. There was no odor at all. We enjoyed the hot tub at the hotel and liked staying during off season."

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response ..."

"Very nice suite and clean. However, it was a bit hard to get hold of the staff when we had questions prior arrival. Probably because it was the travel season and there was not enough staff. Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful once you could talk to."
