Great location, within walking distance to any Harrison attraction. The amenities are old, relatively clean (with except of mold on the shower area. The room and bed were relatively clean. Biggest issue was in the middle of summer not having air conditioning.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is extremely run down, our room was dirty, towel bar amongst other things broken, no ac, food under the pull out couch and left over soother, microwave was broken, all amenties were closed. Luckily its a small walk from the beach, but we likely wont stay again

It was ok for me but I was really only there to sleep before heading out in the morning. It appears to be an older hotel so things aren't in pristine condition anymore, but my room was clean and the bathroom and television worked which is all I really required.
