"Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort.
We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well.
Any disappointment we felt was more around the island itself, which doesn't offer a great deal for the visitor who doesn't want to sit by the pool all day every day. But we were saved by having hired a car and we explored what little there is on the island.
Secrets is a 4 * hotel which is comfortable and welcoming and a relaxing place to be. "
