"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감안하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다"

"This was a very strange place. It is rather isolated and the rooms are not in an enclosed structure rather it has several floors around an open courtyard - reminded me of a prison building. This was fine in the summer but would be cold in the winter. The hotel as obviously seen better days - there has been some attempt at renovation with new wall paper on one wall but it is really tired. "Nice hotel right by the main station. Very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Some negatives. We booked a non smoking room, and confirmed this whilst checking in. However we were put on floor 6, which is the only floor with the smoking area. The corridor smells of smoke, and so did our room, and unsurprisingly could hear a lot of smokers coughing horrendously. We asked to change rooms, and the staff allowed us to straight away, which was great. As for the free continental breakfast, it is only bread/rolls, I feel this should be specified. Overall though nice place to stay."

"The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic. "
