There was only 100% professional service. This place is superb and the studio apartments are so big. It was a superb stay in Hanoi. The location and view from the property is great. Even though we wre only on the 3rd floor. We still had a good view of the lake. The 5am free exercise classes in union park across the road were also fun and enjoyable to participate. A hreat location if you want to stay in Hanoi. Away from the tourist areas, but still close to jump in a taxi and visit the old town and ho chi minh museum etc...

今回 2回目の宿泊 今回は夜遅くのチェックインでぢたが、言葉は通じないですが、スムーズでした。ただ違う部屋でしたので、若干 状態が違うようで、少し劣化している感じでした。 過ごしやすさは相変わらず快適です。

湖の見えるアパートメント
湖がテラスからも見え、良いアパートです。最初はガードマンしか入口にいないのでチェックは言葉が通じなかったですが、すぐにスタッフに連絡してもらい部屋にはすぐ入れました。設備も綺麗で整っていて文句無し。夜も静かだったので良く寝られました。また次も利用したいですね。
