Excellent hotel in a great location. Buffet breakfast is wonderful with a good variety of western and Asian foods. The staff were always friendly and very attentive to your every need. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great choice for staying in the Old Quarter. Lovely hotel, super attentive staff, well appointed rooms, like the little balconies over the street and, despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter, it wasn't noisy. Nice breakfast and even room service if you like, also they kept our luggage when we left Hanoi and returned a few days later.

Staff members were so friendly, helpful and supportive. They were helping me to take care my husband during stay at the hotel (he had food poisoning from the food he ate in Phuquoc), staff’s member always care and asked about his condition, also requested the chef for food that my husband can eat and bring food to our room. I really appreciate all the things that hotel’s staff did for us during our stay at their hotel.
