Hanoi old quarter is very busy! Coming from America it will take time to get use to the city chaos. This hotel is a bit run down. Slow drain , need updates soon? Still functioning, I would give a two stars hotel.

"Hotel was a solid choice, although we stayed in better options in Hanoi. Good location for the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Hotel was a little dated and wouldn’t describe it as 5-star relative to other options nearby. Breakfast that was included was lovely."

"Wonderful experience. The staff go above and beyond. Rooftop bar was lovely, spa was relaxing, and bedroom was small but just what we needed. Only thing was the walls were thin and we could hear hallway noise. But outside of that, perfect! I would definitely stay again or recommend"
