"Patti’s is a very welcoming southern resort. The people are lovely, courteous, and kind. The facility is very homey with round tables around the breakfast area and a popcorn machine.
The room decor is fantastic. Every room has a different theme. We stayed in the movie room and our friends stayed in the Beatles room. We heard a gentleman and his wife ask for the Dolly Parton room.
We were eager to go back next year and get a different theme and check it out
There’s a terrible smell in the elevator and staff tried so hard to offset it, but they were not able to.
Management was fairly sure it was a maintenance issue with the back up sump pump. Someone was coming out in the next few days to address it so hopefully it’s not a chronic issue."
"The staff makes a nice hotel a great hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed being able to have a drink at the bar before we went out for dinner. Hotel is also spotlessly clean. Great place to stay."
