Very nice hotel, ideal if you just need a nice place to stay overnight without spending any extra time in the Hamburg city traffic. Easy to access from the highway. Nice comfy rooms and great breakfast.

It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular! Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation.

This is a hotel on the external highway ring of Hamburg so convenient if you need to stop on your way to other locations. It’s quite old and without air conditioning, which at a the time of our stay in August was an issue. We had to keep the window open so we heard all the noises from the highway. We also used a very old-fashioned ventilator - which did not help much. Breakfast is average. Parking slot has a fee.

Not what I expected.. I paid for a double comfort room, at first they put me in a disabled room, I complained and they moved me to a room with 2 single beds. Over priced and totally out of the way, nothing near. I even got charged for a car which I never had. Never again

Great customer service and friendly staff! The place was clean and cozy, and had all the amenities you’ll need. Great place if you come by car - I did not however, but there’s an hourly bus connection a few minutes away, and other frequent bus connection a 15 minute walk away, so overall definitely not poorly connected, but if you are unable to walk for long that would be worth taking into consideration. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice from the outside at least.

Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia
The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night. Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.

Vi kunne have drømt om lidt ro
Egentlig et okay hotel. Desværre endte vi bare på et familieværelse, der havde tilstødende værelse med en (låst) dør imellem. Ved siden af os blev der holdt "fest" hvor både badekar, føntørrer, flasker og unge damer var i gang. Muligvis på grund af døren lød det nærmest som om, at de stod i vores værelse. Så søvn blev der ikke meget af. Jeg havde endda Skrevet og spurgt om muligheden for et stille værelse, da jeg er hyper sensitiv på lyd pga sygdom. Godt stort værelse. Sovesofaen er dog utrolig hård. Vågnede op og følte mig forkølet. Ved ikke, om der er noget udluftning eller dårlig udluftning på værelset? Det er ikke muligt at være på hotellet uden at betale for parkering. På plussiden var det skønt, at der var forlænget tid til morgenmaden.

Kongresshotel. Mein raum 326 war tip-top in Ordnung und maximal 1jahr alt. Parkplätze sinf kostenguenstig und ausreichend (inkl 12 Tesla charger!) Lage ruhig und dennoch nur 600m von der Autobahn.
