The staff has been very helpful and attentive at all times. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient, close to the tran situation and a commercial zone. Only 10-15 minutes away from downtown (Altstadt). Stay again if business travel brings me to Hamburg? Yes, definitely.

As gold member of hotels.com, I have been many different hotels all over the world. This hotel definitely the one of worst hotel I have been. The room was not so clean and fish smell on towels. Staffs were neither kind nor helpful. Irons were not enough, I wore wrinkled cloths because there were not enough irons to use. But staffs did not so much care about it. I would never recommend this hotels. Ever!!

80 € die Nacht darf man jetzt nicht meckern, aber hier und da gehören mal einige Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht. Das Bett war okay aber die Matratze ist eher ein Topper. Zudem sind die Vorhänge viel zu kurz um das Zimmer vernünftig abzudunkeln.

Für einen Kurztripp top. Die Lage direkt an der HVV Haltestelle ist top. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und ausreichend platz und Frühstück etwas teuer aber vielfältig. Lediglich der Kaffee aus dem Automaten morgens war nicht gut, aber das ist geschmackssache.
