"Well, it was unusual circumstances, I think...I didn't know when the last train stopped in Hallstatt, so I had to pay moire for the cab to get there than the room...when I arrived exhausted from mybtreavels, there were at leasdt 30 teenagers there partying it up & the owners didn't spoeak English...I wanted to cry, but then it became hysterically funny...Thank Good I had ear plugs & they had wine to knock me out...the next night they were gone & there was a loively young woman at the front desk...

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no.
