"Amazing hotel and staff. Easy ski in&out, very convenient on the slopes. Great view from rooms. SPA and especially sessions with Hannah was a real treat. Very good pizza and food. Highly recommend. Only fall back is you need a taxi to come back from apres-ski and if you dine in the town."

"Two night stay, Feb 2025 Overall had a great stay, the Hotel is warm and comfortable and the refurbished decor is lovely. The log burner in the lounge/bar area was lit every afternoon/evening and we always found a comfortable corner. Bedrooms are not huge but are comfortable and we had a great view, worth the extra cost for a lake facing room. "Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call...

"Beautiful lakeside setting we wish we could have enjoyed longer. Staff member reached out to us when we were running late from a mountain hike and made arrival easy for us. Friendly cat brought us a "gift" after we arrived and kept the vermin away while we slept. Most excellent breakfast in the morning was a classic spread of Scandinavian "bread," which is bread, eggs, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, cereal, and much more, all serviced in the dining room with a view of the lake."

"Lovely cute cabin/hut set near Gol. Very warm and welcoming owner. The hut is very clean and tidy but is somewhat small. Anyone tall will have to bend a lot. That said, it was warm inside and cosy and the surrounding area very beautiful."

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...
