"I checked out of another hotel that I was staying at for 1 night and checkout was at 11am so I was a little stranded but luckily they allowed me to pay to checkin early at this one. "This is my 4 stay at the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. What keeps me returning is the wonderful customer service from the staff. Takahashi San once again was a big help making all my dinner reservations. Also a big thanks to the staff who helped me mailing my bags. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I look forward to returning again. Easily one of my favorite hotels. "

"We loved how convenient the location is and having access to a public onsen and amenities like fresh fruit popsicles after soaking in the baths was really nice. The rooms are really small, though clean and the bed is comfortable — firm but not too firm. You’ll find Yutai stands right around the corner outside at night too. "

"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."

"The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic. "
