"Second time at this hotel in 3 mos and they remembered preferences we had at the restaurant, greeted us by name, etc.... The only complaint was the lack of punctuality twice now with the shuttle. I gave a time to pick us up and both times we waited over 30 min with luggage in the hot sun at the Cap Haitian airport. This is not a huge problem for me, but if I did not speak Creole I would possibly feel uncomfortable. Also, it is sad to see shuttle drivers from other hotels with their little signs getting other people while you stand in the street and wait and wait and wait. Not a great first impression. "
